PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The Portland Winter Light Festival comes to a close this weekend as cloudy, but dry skies remain.

This year’s festival lucked out with mostly dry skies for the first weekend of the event and will likely end on the same note.

A few light layers of warmer clothes will help those sensitive to the cold stay warm as temperatures fall into the 40s on Friday and Saturday evening. The event runs from 6-10 p.m. around Portland with illuminated art installations and performances.
