It's the dilemma that plagues every human being at around 4 p.m. (at least, according to search traffic trends): What the heck should I have for dinner?! And sometimes, through the fog of mild hunger meets dwindling willpower, that answer is hazy at best. You've worn out your go-to dishes, and you talk to your pizza delivery guy almost as much as your Mom, which is starting to be problematic - especially when he starts asking when you're going to stop living in sin and get married. You need something new.

That's what makes these Food Fortunes cards so ingenious. They're like tarot cards for the indecisively starving, letting fate - or, okay, your shuffling skills - determine what you should eat next. The pack comes with 78 illustrated cards, and a game featuring three ways to play.

On the simplest level, you could just shuffle and pull a card. The Sweet Holey One? Score! Looks like you're having donuts for dinner, you lucky Mother Kruller, you.

To make things a little more creative, try the Triple Decker. As shown in the video above, it's pretty straightforward: Pull three cards. Don't eat anything depicted in the first one; dream up a dinner using the remaining cards. It could become a divine mash-up - egg-in-a-hole burger, yesss! - or, um, an experiment with questionable results (spaghetti tacos works for iCarly; maybe not so much in the real world).

If you're into Settlers of Catan-levels of gameplay, though, you'll want to try these cards out "St. Peter Special"-style. With this version, you draw six cards total. The first card's ingredient(s) are omitted. The third card is your side dish - no matter what the card reads - and cards 2, and 4 to 6 should all be combined into one smorgasbord of a dish.

Just like that, you're the Miss Cleo of dinnertime clairvoyance.
