Following in the Family Footsteps: Kim Kardashian Shows Off North West's Makeup Artist Skills

With mom Kim Kardashian West and aunt Kylie Jenner each with a hand in the beauty business, it’s no surprise that North West has taken an interest in makeup as well.

With the help of products from ColourPop Cosmetics and Maybelline, the 4-year-old honed her makeup application skills on a friend while Kardashian West documented the “glam session” on her Instagram stories Saturday night.

“North says she wants to be a make up artist,” the reality star, 37, captioned an image of her daughter’s colorful toolkit, including a My Little Pony line.

North stuck to mostly purples and pinks for her butterfly-inspired look, mixing colors on the lips and putting a bright rouge on the cheeks.

“It’ll be so magical at the end,” North announced as she applied more blush to her patient first client.

Kardashian West also showed off North trying out new colors from her silver makeup kit, complete with her name written in script.

If the career in beauty doesn’t work out, North may have a future as a model. She’s made several appearances in the Kardashian-Jenner Christmas card, which is being unveiled in pieces throughout the month.

On Saturday, the entire West family appeared together, with Kanye West appearing alongside his wife and their two adorable children — North and Saint, 2.

In the photo, they strike a loving pose as Kardashian West holds on to her daughter’s hand while West, who’s standing beside her, reaches out for for Saint’s hand.

“DAY 16- ??” Kardashian West captioned the sweet snap on social media.

The couple’s children have both starred in numerous photos of this year’s Christmas card countdown.

Saint kicked off the series on Dec. 1, and has subsequently made many appearances — including on Day 5, which happened to coincide with his birthday.

“DAY 5- HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my beautiful boy Saint! I love you so much! You don’t even understand!!!” Kim captioned his solo birthday photo, showing the little boy rocking a pair of jeans against a white background and holding up a wrapped present.

On Day 8, the two children made their debut together, gazing at the camera while posing in front of an adult photographed from the waist down (likely their mama).

In the photo, the two siblings look darling in all denim, with the little girl rocking a light-wash pair of jeans and matching jacket while Saint goes shirtless in a pair of medium-wash jeans.
