“The focus needs to be on allowing everybody to feel included”: Women’s March moves into second year with an eye on the 2018 elections.

Over the weekend, millions gathered in cities around the world calling for women's rights during the second Women’s March. Held one year to the day that hundreds of thousands of women marched on Washington to protest President Trump, this year’s march had an added focus on registering voters and encouraging women to run for office at all levels. With midterm elections less than 10 months away, the march organizers hope the movement will be carried forward into the polls in November.
