One woman was so upset by his intervention that she pulled down her clothes, removed the feminine-hygiene product, and chucked it at the officer. She is being charged with assault with a deadly weapon.

“It’s bio-warfare!” says Doctor on Demand's Dr. Tanya Elliott. “It’s incredibly gross, but to say it’s a deadly weapon is a bit much, right?” disagrees ER Physician Dr. Travis Stork. Although the officer could potentially have been exposed to a blood-borne disease, it wasn’t exactly like pulling a gun.
