INES FERRE: Hurricane Ian has made landfall in Grand Cayman and Western Cuba, delivering winds of up to 125 miles per hour and heavy rainfall. The exact path of the category 3 storm is still uncertain, though parts of Western Florida, including Tampa, are braced for a weather event that could dump two to three months of rainfall by Friday. And you're looking at live pictures of Key West, where the weather is starting to pick up there. More than 8 million people are in the warning zone. And Governor Ron DeSantis has declared a state of emergency.
