Go "cabin chic" at The SLS Buffet, serving up breakfast and dinner daily as well as a weekend brunch at the SLS Las Vegas. SLS culinary director Luke Forzano is in charge of the menu here that includes stations for Mediterranean, wood-grilled, Chinese and Japanese cuisines prepared on the spot. Some of the specialties include hot pots, wok dishes, steamed items, and sushi options. Desserts find a special home in the center of the dining rooms, featuring a range of pastries and fresh donuts made in-house daily. The menu also includes specialty cocktails, a rarity at buffets.
The look here includes aged wooden bookshelves that line the walls and elaborate antler chandeliers hanging from pitched ceilings. Fireplaces light up each dining room in the 12,256-square-foot space with room for 292.
Find breakfast every Monday through Friday from 7 to 11 a.m., dinner Mondays through Thursdays from 4:30 to 9 p.m., Fridays to 10 p.m. and Saturdays from 4 to 10 p.m. and Sundays from 4 to 9 p.m. The weekend brunch runs Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Prices range from $20.99 for breakfast, $30.99 for brunch, $36.99 for dinner Sundays through Thursdays and $39.99 Fridays and Saturdays.
