Firefighters Rescue Construction Worker Trapped on 7th Floor of Santa Ana Building

Orange County firefighters rescued a construction worker hanging from the seventh floor of a Santa Ana building on October 23.

The trapped worker became entangled in a safety line when he was repairing concrete on the outside of the building, LA Times reported.
