Fire burns through upper floor of home in Brighton Heights

A fire blew out some windows of a home in Brighton Heights as it burned through the upper story of the house.

Allegheny County dispatchers said emergency crews were sent to the 3900 block of Brighton Road at around 5:31 p.m.

The fire was under control shortly after 6 p.m.

There were no reported injuries from the fire.
