Finalists Hit It Out of the Park on First Night of ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Finale

On the first night of the Dancing With the Stars finale, the stars all brought their A-games. David Ross, Normani Kordei, and Rashad Jennings are competing for the Mirror Ball Trophy, but because the show is based on both popularity and ability, it’s really anyone’s trophy to win.

Ross landed his first perfect score of the season with a freestyle dance dedicated to America’s favorite pastime: baseball. Len Goodman even went as far as to say, “It was fantastic.”

Kordei did well during her redemption dance performance, and earned a perfect score for her freestyle number. Week to week, she has been a judge favorite, and has the most perfect scores by far.

Then there was Jennings. He’s usually in the top three every week, and he is also fairly popular. He brought it during the finals, landing himself two perfect 40s from the judges. They particularly liked his freestyle dance, which he choreographed himself.

We will find out Tuesday night who America has voted the best dancing star.

The Dancing With the Stars finale airs Tuesday at 8 p.m. on ABC. Watch clips and full episodes of DWTS for free on Yahoo View.
