Looking for a new place in North Miami Beach to go HAM (or at least hold back the tears while trying)? Then Pulse 163, the newest spot to hit to the area will suit you just fine. And it'll also work for more relaxing routines and a bunch of other interesting things. It's a Malibu-inspired boutique fitness studio that aims to provide an entirely new and improved fitness experience, incorporating both educational and spiritual components, aiming for overall well being and a healthy lifestyle. Pulse 163 will have a range of classes from traditional styles of yoga to transcendent barre workouts, incorporating fusion and hybrid forms of exercise with a heavy focus on specialty barre. And classes are tailored to a variety of age groups so whether you're a teen (Ultra Sculp's for you) or a senior (check out Golden Yoga), they'll have something available.
The fitness studio will host monthly workshops called "Pamper Your Soul Days" packaged as mini spa days with workshops and seminars ranging on topics from nutrition and neuroscience to mindfulness and stress management. Guests will participate in a two to three hour morning meditation and intention setting session, followed by a workshop and
workout designed to complement the topic and finally unwind with an organic catered
lunch. But maybe the most awesome offerings are their Friday Fun Days, where guests end their 5 and 6 p.m. classes with a complimentary glass of wine, and "Throw Back Thursdays" with old school cardio aerobics. Bring on the leg warmers!
Speaking of leg warmers, the boutique will also feature a retail boutique with the latest active wear from Lorna Jane, Beyond Yoga, Onzie, and Kira Grace to name a few; as well as a Grab and Go bar where guests can purchase healthy snacks and juices.
