Federal SBA sets up relief center in Panama City to help January storm victims

In response to the January severe storms, straight-line winds and tornadoes, Bay County residents can now file for a low-interest disaster loan at the Bay County Public Library through April 16. The U.S. Small Business Administration is accepting physical damage applications until May 28, and economic injury applications until Dec. 27.
