FBI seeking public help in locating fugitive

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – The Federal Bureau of Investigation Oklahoma City Field Office is seeking the public’s help in locating a fugitive.

According to authorities, in February 2023, a grand jury in the Northern District of Oklahoma charged Dale Ako with two counts of Sexual Abuse of a Minor in Indian Country and Abusive Sexual Contact of a Minor in Indian Country. His trial was scheduled for 07/17/2023. In June 2023, Ako violated the terms of his pretrial release and absconded.

FBI says Ako is a 32-year-old American Indian Male, 5’ 6” in height, 135 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.
