Fayette County man pleads guilty to drug crime

BECKLEY, WV (WVNS) — A man was sentenced to one year and one day in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, for possession with the intent to distribute a quantity of cocaine.

According to court documents, on June 2, 2022, police performed a search at the home of Harland Lee Todd, 34, of Mount Hope, and took 163 grams of cocaine, a Glock Model 30 .45-caliber pistol, a Mossberg model 702 .22-caliber rifle, a Remington model 870 12-gauge shotgun, 16 ammunition magazines, 634 rounds of ammunition and a sum of $2,468.

He admitted that the cocaine was his and was going to sell it. He also reportedly was on record to having sold 111 grams of cocaine five different times.
