Fatal Harley-Davidson Motorcycle crash in Lincoln County

LINCOLN COUNTY, Mo. — The Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to a fatal wreck in Lincoln County, Missouri, involving a Harley-Davidson motorcycle.

At around 2:45 p.m., on April 27, a 43-year-old was driving a 2020 Chevrolet Traverse north on U.S. 61. A 62-year-old was riding a 2017 Harley-Davidson Freewheeler with a passenger. The motorcycle driver attempted to cross US 61 and entered the path of the Chevrolet, causing the car to collide with the bike.

The impact threw both passengers from the motorcycle; one was declared dead at the scene, and the other was taken to an area hospital. Neither individual on the motorcycle was wearing a safety device. Michelle Dezuzio, 49, was taken to the Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Elsberry by the Lincoln County Coroner’s office.
