In honor of Paris ready-to-wear fashion week (March 3-11), Relaxnews caught up with designers Ophélie Klere and François Alary, who revealed the Fall-Winter 2015-2016 collection of their label Dévastée Tuesday, March 3. The pair shed light on their inspirations through a portrait in six questions.
If you were a fashion faux pas, which one would you be?
Too much color.
If you were a supermodel wearing your designs?
If you were a fashion memory?
Our first collection in 2004, the first sketches. In those days, we made at least 30 drawings for a single jacket.
If you were a key year/period in fashion history?
If you were a place related to fashion?
The town square in Limogne [a town in southwest France].
If you were a piece from the new collection?
The first dress in the show, in a silk and wool jacquard with a pattern of meadow grasses, embroidered with a motif of smiling tombstones.
