Farrah Abraham looks unrecognizable with her 9-year-old daughter on the VMAs red carpet

Farrah Abraham might have been booted from the cast of Teen Mom OG, but the controversial reality star is still stepping out on the red carpet for the MTV Video Music Awards, and rocking a rather sophisticated look.

After recently being slammed for bringing her daughter Sophia to court with her, Abraham was spotted walking around New York City on Monday wearing matching grey sports bras with the 9-year-old. However, when the mommy-daughter duo arrived to Radio City Music Hall, they were both colorful and covered up in one-piece looks.

While Sophia looked adorable in a teal romper with a floral train, her mom looked chic in a striped jumpsuit. The refined ensembles are quite a departure from what the pair has worn on the VMAs red carpet in the past.

Just last year, Sophia and Farrah were matching in metallic space-inspired looks. The year before, Farrah flew solo as Wonder Woman.
