Family's desperate plea after mum of newborn twins vanishes from bar
There are concerns for a missing mum who was last seen leaving a bar with two men about three weeks ago.
Savannah Spurlock, 22, was seen walking out of the pub in Kentucky on January 4, police said.
She was in the company of two men – one who drove off in a Chevrolet ute.
Ms Spurlock, 22, is a mother of four children including six-week-old twins, Lexington Herald-Leader reported.
Her mum Ellen told the publication “it’s like a nightmare” and “torture”.
“I have no idea at all where she is,” she said.
Her family has also started a Facebook page appealing for information.
Lisa Thoma, Ms Spurlock’s aunt, posted a video a week ago wishing for the mum “to return to her babies”.
“We are choosing to keep hope alive,” she says.
“If you know anything, we beg you.
“Come forward and call the Richmond, Kentucky, Police Department. If you heard something, if you saw something, I don’t care how small it was, what if that one thing is the piece of the puzzle that they’re missing?
“What if you hold the key to bringing her home? This person who is someone’s daughter, someone’s mother, someone’s sister, someone’s niece, someone’s best friend? We urge you to share your story.”
On Monday, police searched the home of the parents of one of the men seen in the surveillance video with Ms Spurlock leaving the bar, Lex 18 reported.
A car was seized.
Three men have been questioned but no charges have been filed.
It’s not clear who the third man is and how he is related to the investigation.
