Families gather for 39th annual Fallen Heroes Day
Families of Maryland's fallen heroes gathered Friday for comfort and to support others who have suffered. Two Baltimore City firefighters who died in the line of duty while fighting the Linden Heights Avenue fire in October were among the first responders honored Friday at the 39th annual Fallen Heroes Day ceremony. The ceremony took place at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens in Baltimore County to honor Maryland police, fire and EMS personnel who have died in the line of duty.
