Although his team has kept details under wraps, Eater SF unearths more intel about chef Chris Cosentino's hotly anticipated latest restaurant project, called Cockscomb. According to a press release sent by the project's designer, the "approachable" restaurant will feature a raw bar, some of Cosentino's familiar takes on offal, and a menu inspired by the Top Chef Masters winner's New England childhood. Expect design details like "a balcony made from an old wooden ship," taxidermied animals, bike-chain chandeliers, and some graffiti elements throughout. Cockscomb's projected opening: November or December 2014.
