Ukraine's Ministry of Education and Science stressed that the letter is fake.

The fake letter claims that the "measures" are supposedly being taken to implement an order of the Cabinet of Ministers, On Approval of the Procedure for Maintaining the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Persons Liable for Military Service, and Reservists.

Quote: "This is fake. The Ministry did NOT send out a letter with this content," the ministry said.

The Ministry of Education and Science urged Ukrainians to be vigilant, check information and rely only on trusted sources.
