Failure to secure child in car seat results criminal negligent homicide indictment

SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — A woman was recently booked in the Tom Green County Detention Center for criminal negligent homicide following a grand jury indictment.

According to records filed in Tom Green County, Morgan Palmour was arrested and charged after she failed to secure an inividual in a “child safety seat” while driving at a speed that was lower than the speed limit on July 17, 2023. This resulted in the death of the individual.

San Angelo theft crime ring members indicted

Palmour was indicted by a grand jury in Tom Green County in January 2024.

Palmour was booked in the Tom Green County Detention Center on May 13, 2024 with no bond currently set.
