Andreessen may have shared inappropriate secrets with Zuckerberg

Mark Zuckerberg is under scrutiny after recently unsealed court documents reveal he may have had inappropriate communication with fellow Facebook board member Marc Andreessen. The matter stems from Zuckerberg’s desire to eventually give away 99% of his Facebook shares while maintaining control over the company. Andreessen and two other board members were appointed to a special committee to represent minority shareholders. But court documents show that Andreessen was helping Zuckerberg by passing him inside information about the committee’s deliberations.

South Korea impeaches President Park Geun-hye

South Korean President Park Geun-hye was impeached. The president’s downfall came after accusations that she shared confidential documents with a friend and helped the friend extort tens of millions of dollars from business conglomerates including Samsung and Hyundai.
