"Chernihiv" is also written on a bus seen in the video. Puddles on the ground were consistent with weather reports for the area for the previous 24 hours.
As Russia continues to pound Ukrainian cities starved for air defense, the country's top officials intensified pleas for international support, saying the devastation could have been avoided.
