Explosions occur near HQ of Southern Military District in Rostov

At least two explosions have occurred near the HQ of Russia's Southern Military District in the city of Rostov.

Details: The video shows people running away in the wake of the explosion.

No additional information is available yet, and no one is reported to have been injured.

The Wagner mercenaries seized this HQ on the morning of 24 July.

The media reported that tanks and riflemen have been deployed in the centre of Rostov, exits from the city are blocked, and residents are being urged not to leave their homes.
