Explosions hit Dnipro and Kharkiv
Explosions rocked Dnipro and Kharkiv, local Telegram channels reported on May 22.
Ukraine's Air Force warned of the threat of ballistic weapon use for the Ukrainian eastern regions.
Kharkiv Oblast Governor Oleh Synehubov called on Kharkiv and the region to stay in shelters.

The Russians struck Kharkiv with a guided munition at 1:45 p.m., he later said. A fire broke out at a civilian gas station, and a cafe got damaged. Information about the victims is being clarified.
Kharkiv's Shevchenkivskyi district, near the residential buildings, was hit, including houses, shops, transport and a playground, said Kharkiv Mayor, Ihor Terekhov.
An air alert has been declared in eastern oblasts of Ukraine.
