Chelsea Clinton has been named to travel site Expedia’s board of directors.

The Bellevue, Wash.-based company revealed the appointment on Thursday in a public filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The move makes Clinton the 14th member of Expedia’s board.

CNN Money reports that, according to an Expedia proxy statement, non-employee board of director members earn a $45,000 annual retainer as well as roughly $252,000 in stocks.

Clinton, 37, also sits on the board of IAC/InterActive Corp, the internet and media company that owns websites including Dictionary.com, About.com, Vimeo, Investopedia and the Daily Beast, CNN Money reports.

On the nonprofit side, the former first daughter sits on the board for a number of organizations, including the School of American Ballet, the Africa Center, Weill Cornell Medical College and the Clinton Foundation’s Clinton Health Access Initiative. Additionally, Clinton is the co-chair of the advisory board for New York University’s Of Many Institute.
