The Vox Kitchen is one of the hottest restaurants in Fountain Valley that celebrates the fusion of Chinese and Peruvian flavors. They recently launched a new menu and joining us with a preview is the executive chef, Viet Nguyen. He is also the founder of the restaurant group Kei Concepts.
