In the second part of our exclusive interview with Aaron Carter, the singer sits down with ER physician Dr. Travis Stork and gastroenterologist Dr. Jorge Rodriguez for the results of his STD tests, which also included an HIV test. Aaron's liver, kidney, and thyroid were also examined.

The singer reached out to the show to set the record straight about his July arrest, drug abuse allegations, extreme weight loss, family issues, his sexuality and to hopefully gain a better understanding his health issues.

Prior to the results, a visibly nervous Aaron tells The Doctors he is worried most about testing positive for HIV, as not all of his sexual experiences had been safe.

“That was the scariest thing I have ever done in my life," he says of getting tested for HIV. "After not getting annual checkups and testing and being safe, actually, being safe so I could be safe for others, more importantly. That’s what scared me. I felt like I was putting people at risk with my body… I didn’t have the courage to go face the music."

Dr. Rodriguez informs Aaron that he tested negative for HIV along with testing negative for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis. The gastroenterologist goes on to tell the singer that his liver, kidney, and thyroid all check out and that they found no signs of esophageal cancer during his endoscopy.

“My heart is racing… I have to say thank you, thank you so much. I was so scared," he says after hearing the results.

While his tests all came back negative, The Doctors did find candida, a yeast which can be a signal of a weakened immune system, in Aaron's throat.

“You are clearly immunodeficient. You have candida growing in your esophagus and you are malnourished, and your body mass index at 17 is in a scary range. We can’t just sit here and blame it on a hiatal hernia. We have got to work on this," Dr. Stork, who earlier in the interview revealed the singer only weighs 115 pounds, shares.

Dr. Rodriguez adds, "In my opinion, you’re not healthy... physically right now, I think your body is hanging on by a thread, seriously. [Your mind] has to calm down… you are going a million miles a minute… until there is peace in your mind, the rest is not going to follow."

The star explains that getting a proper night's sleep is near impossible for him, which he believes contributes to his eating issues. “I haven’t had the chance to get a normal night’s sleep. I don’t wake up with an appetite. I wake up with nausea, I wake up with anxiety. So, I’m not hungry when I wake up in the morning."

In an effort to encourage Aaron to take the steps needed to improve his physical and mental health, Dr. Stork tells the former child star, “You come across as someone, if I’m being quite frank with you, who has been put through a lot and in some ways is broken and needs some time to put himself back together and owes that to himself, because everyone else around him who has been broken, he’s tried to fix them and he hasn’t taken the time to fix the most important piece of this and that’s you."

Seemingly in agreement, Aaron says, “It’s got to stop. I want it to stop. There is no happy ending to anything that is going down my mouth orally when it comes to these pills, and I know that."
