Ever wonder how reality television stars can drink so much without suffering next-day consequences? The 'Summer House' cast reveals the not-so-healthy secret.

In true Bravo fashion, the network introduced a show last year that brings the East Coast party to the forefront. Filled with drunken antics, sloppy hookups, and plenty of petty drama, Summer House returns tonight with its Season 2 premiere.

Hamptons houseguest and New Yorker Kyle Cooke returns for his sophomore year on the show — this time with girlfriend Amanda Batula as a full-time cast member. The now on couple stopped by The Morning Breath on Monday to answer all the burning questions about how a show like theirs works.

You know, like how is it humanly possible to be so drunk for so long without the cameras ever catching the repercussions of an excruciating hangover? The reality television secret is out, thanks to Cooke and Batula: Just keep drinking.

“You do have to power through,” says Cooke, who spent last summer in the house single and hungry for as many hookups as possible during the summer season.

The entrepreneur adds, “Our show is a little unique in the sense that cameras are always rolling. It’s just nonstop.” Shows like Vanderpump Rules and Southern Charm can empathize with this.

“I think the key is just to continue drinking, though,” Batula explained. “You wake up, you maybe have breakfast and then you dive into some spiked seltzer or some sort of rosé to kind of keep the buzz.”

You can’t get hung over if you just keep drinking, but just because fans at home might not witness the physical consequences of rosé all day, you can be sure that questionable decisions made while intoxicated permeate the season.

Season 2 of Summer House premieres tonight at 10PM EST on Bravo.
