Ken Forkish's Trifecta Tavern will celebrate Labor Day with a Long Island-styleshellfish boil during dinner service this Monday, September 1. Each $23 reservation nets guests all the classics — clams, shrimp, sausage, corn, potatoes, and garlic bread — while "buckets" of cold beer will be available a la carte.
