A house once owned by a popular jazz musician has landed on the real estate market in sunny Palm Springs and is known for its unusual, rocky lure.

On the exterior, the home known as the “Keely Smith Rock House” — which is listed for $2.2 million — has a mystic appearance that makes it stand out from other basic houses in the area. It was named after musician Keely Smith, who lived in the house with then-husband and music partner Louis Prima when they were sought-after singers. The duo won a Grammy Award in 1959 for their hit “That Old Black Magic.”

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom estate has a cozy, yet chic and stylish, interior

The home is complete with three bedrooms and three bathrooms over a spacious 2.460 square feet with features, per the listing on Compass, that include:

  • High ceilings

  • Smart home features

  • Natural light throughout

  • Chef’s kitchen

  • Open kitchen layout

  • Views

  • Expansive backyard

  • Swimming pool

  • Outdoor kitchen

“This house has notable architectural features and celebrity history. The market is still very strong as we head toward the end of our prime selling season,” listing agent Tony Caccaro said in a news release.

The home also comes with a high-end security system and video security.

Palm Springs is about a 105-mile drive southeast of Los Angeles.
