When deputies arrived at the home, they were told by the victim that he was in his backyard when he saw a large white van doing donuts in his front yard before pulling up to where the victim was.

The victim told deputies Peterson appeared to be drunk and said Peterson told him he was there to pick up a trailer, according to the report. The report also said that the trailer, which was his ex’s mother’s, was given to him by his ex.

After a “heated argument,” Peterson was asked to leave, so he attempted to hook his van up to the trailer and leave, according to the report.

The victim then allegedly blocked Peterson’s path to the trailer and told him to leave again.

The report said Peterson returned to the van and left the property. The victim then reportedly went to the front yard and noticed the destruction from the van doing donuts.
