For restaurant Inspections: At least once a year, Erie County Department of Health officials inspect all restaurants and stores that sell unpackaged food. Here is a list of violations recorded Feb. 29 through Thursday.

Oriental Mini Mart Grocery, 1218 E. 38th St. (Exterior door doesn't protect entry of pests.) Also three noncritical violations. Wednesday

Parade Street Speed Check, 1719 Parade St. (No running water at handwash sink.) Also one noncritical violation. March 1

Previous violations corrected

PriceRite, 4500 Buffalo Road, Harborcreek Township. (Was closed Wednesday for three critical violations: Milk out of date, mice droppings through the facility and gaps in exterior doors. Reopened Thursday) Thursday
