Da'Vine Joy Randolph went all out with her winning Oscars debut look!

The actress and first-time attendee — who took home the Oscar for best supporting actress for her performance in The Holdovers — dressed to impress at the 96th annual Academy Awards on Sunday.

Before hitting the stage to accept her award, Randolph, 37, arrived on the red carpet in a custom Louis Vuitton gown in a stunning shade of pale blue.

The powdery, pastel dress featured contrasting textures and several stunning details including a shimmering bodice, sheer skirt, boa-like sleeves and train that trailed several feet behind the actress.

It’s no surprise that Randolph delivered such a killer look for her first trip to the Oscars. Prior to awards season, the actress told PEOPLE, “I'm a fashion girl. I love the details. For every red carpet I'm doing mood boards, I'm pulling hair references, nails references, makeup references, different swatches for a wardrobe.”

Ahead of her first-ever Oscars appearance, the actress opened up about her pre-ceremony regimen, telling PEOPLE, "It really comes down to self-care.”

Randolph — who has not only swept this award season (taking home a SAG Award, Golden Globe, Critics’ Choice Award, BAFTA and Indie Spirit Award for her Holdovers performance) but also proved to be a red-carpet staple — added, “It's a marathon these six months. It's surreal.”

“I feel like I'm in the Navy or the Marines,” she continued. “I've never experienced anything [like this].”

Calling the experience "unknown territory," Randolph added, "Everyone is just saying pace yourself, try to stay as present as possible, stay hydrated and take good care of yourself, because it's a marathon.”

Speaking about her own Oscar nomination, Randolph told PEOPLE, "I'm mind-blown."

"I haven't fully processed it, but it was overwhelming in the best way possible. And to feel all of the love and the support has been so tremendous,” she said, adding that “it's just a beautiful reminder.”

“It's bigger than us. What we do actually really matters, it helps people and it makes people happy or feel seen or heard," she added. "That's why I do what I do."

The 96th Oscars will air live on ABC from the Dolby Theatre on Sunday, March 10, at 7 p.m. ET.
