Ariana Grande lit up the Saturday Night Live sound stage with two songs from her latest project, Eternal Sunshine.

The singer, 30, returned to SNL for the third time as musical guest to perform "We Can't Be Friends (Wait for Your Love)" and "Imperfect for You" from her seventh studio album, released on Friday.

Host Josh Brolin introduced Grande for the first song, while her mother, Joan Grande, introduced her for the second.

During her first performance, Grande sang her track while sitting on a set mimicking a home, wearing a black dress with a brown coat.

For her second set, the Wicked star wore a nude-colored gown as she sang before an outdoorsy set, backdropped by a virtual screen that changed from day to night.

In January — shortly after releasing lead single “Yes, And?” — Grande unveiled the cover and title of her next record. Eternal Sunshine, a reference to the 2004 film starring Jim Carrey and Kate Winslet.

The LP features 13 tracks and a collaboration with her grandmother, whom she refers to affectionately as “Nonna."

Grande recently admitted on the Zach Sang Show that she had no intention of working on new music until at least 2025.

“I actually was really opposed to coming out with music until post-Wicked, either both parts or just one part. I wasn’t sure how I would feel,” she said during the interview.

But after the SAG-AFTRA and WGA strikes shut down the movie musical’s production, the star found herself back in the studio with hitmaker Max Martin.

When the music “started pouring out” and the “Dangerous Woman” singer kept returning to work on more material, she figured, “Maybe it should come out if it’s coming out of me this way.”

Later in November, the first part of Wicked premieres in theaters, with Grande as Glinda and Cynthia Erivo as Elphaba. Of her role as the Good Witch, Grande said to Sang, “I have never wanted something as badly as I did this.”

She added that she had “been hunting” down Wicked’s producer Marc Platt for nearly a decade. “Since I was 20, I was like, ‘Hey, I don't know when this is happening, but when it's happening, may I please at least just audition?’ That's all I wanted, was an audition. I've never wanted anything more,” she recalled.

Saturday Night Live airs Saturdays at 11:30 p.m. ET on NBC.
