Enriques Restaurant in Erie recovering from fire. How much longer will it remain closed?

Enrique’s Southeast Mexico Restaurant - Taqueria and Tortilleria, 1801 Liberty St., is still closed after a fire on the upper floor of its building forced its closure Feb. 17.

Owners, according to Facebook, are still looking for a commercial kitchen site where they can make food while water damage from the fire is cleaned up.
