Endangered Person Advisory issued for St. Louis teen
ST. LOUIS – The St. Louis County Police have issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a teenager.
13-year-old Tiyanna McNeil-Hayes was with her foster mom in the car when they had an argument and she exited the vehicle near 9844 Lorna Lane around 7:45 p.m. Wednesday.
According to police, McNeil-Hayes is without needed medication.
She is described as a Black female, 5’0″, 143 lbs., black hair, brown eyes, and a dark complexion. She was last wearing a gray headband, tie-dye-style hooded sweatshirt, black leggings, and white Crocs.
