Emmerdale's Tom King lies about Belle as his new plan begins

Tom King began spinning a new web of lies in the latest episode of ITV soap Emmerdale.
With his violent and controlling tendencies, Tom finally took his wife Belle Dingle's advice and booked an appointment with Dr. Liam Cavanagh. But once there, he reversed the true situation and told him Belle is the problem.
"This isn't easy for me, I know I'm supposed to be more understanding and I should be able to handle things better, but sometimes it's so hard," he shared.

"It just comes out of nowhere, everything's fine and then all of a sudden all hell breaks loose and I've got no idea how to stop it," continued Tom, feigning fear.
"The mood swings, the anger, the paranoia. I know I probably sound like a complete idiot but I need help."
Believing Tom to be talking about himself, Liam promised he would get the desired help.
"I don't think you understand, I'm not the one that needs help doctor. It's Belle," he replied.

Deeper into their conversation, Tom claimed he wanted to get the community mental health team involved, but Belle "just shuts me down".
Liam then urged him to focus on communication with Belle, as it's "hugely important" in these types of situations.
"I just want her to get the help that she needs," added Tom, who went straight from the surgery to meet Belle.
Unsurprisingly, he proceeded to lie about how well his appointment went with Liam.
