Feb. 19—Felony arrests

Drugs —Anthony Dominick Barberi, 55, of the 800 block of Hillview Road, Ashland. The Jackson County Illegal Marijuana Enforcement Team arrested Barberi Thursday on a felony charge of unlawfully possessing heroin. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Thursday on $10,000 bail.

Mail Theft —Jason Allen McFerrin, 43, no known address. Medford police arrested McFerrin Thursday on a felony charge of mail theft and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. He was held in jail Thursday on $12,500 bail.
