Eldorado Resorts, Shire and Dean Foods are the charts of the day

The casino operator is taking over casino operations of Tropicana Entertainment for $1.8 billion. Icahn Enterprises owned a majority of Tropicana. Shire (SHPG): Shares higher at time of taping, up around 1.25%. The drugmaker agreed to sell its cancer treatment business to Servier for $2.4 billion, as Shire says it will focus on its orphan drug treatments. Dean Foods (DF): Shares slipping here, down around 7.97%. Goldman downgraded the dairy products provider to ‘sell’, citing its structural challenges and decreasing milk sales.
