Edward Snowden Gets Permission To Leave Moscow's Airport

Russian media outlets are reporting that wanted NSA leaker Edward Snowden has been given documents that will allow him to leave Moscow's Airport Sheremetyevo for the first time since June 23. According to RT.com, these provisional documents would be part of the process for reviewing his request for asylum, although it isn't an actual granting of asylum yet. However, if the report is accurate, he would now be allowed to travel freely in Russia, despite having his passport revoked by the United States.
