Actor Edward Norton will be rewarded with a career achievement award at the 2016 Hamptons International Film Festival, reports Variety.
The actor-producer-director will be awarded for his contributions to cinema, with movie credits such as the Academy Award-winning "Birdman," "The Grand Budapest Hotel," "Fight Club" and "American History X." Norton also founded CrowdRise, a crowdfunding site that has raised more than $500 million for thousands of charities and non-profit organizations.
Norton will be given the award on October 9, with the festival in New York state running October 6-10. Previous winners include Vanessa Redgrave, Stanley Tucci and Gena Rowlands.
