Ed Sheeran Sparks Wedding Rumors After Flashing a Ring in Pal's Instagram Snap
Has Ed Sheeran tied the knot? If you ask the Internet, the answer is ... maybe?
The "Thinking Out Loud" singer got fans buzzing after a pal posted a shot of Sheeran wearing a silver band on that finger.
Musician Jovel posted a candid shot of himself sitting on the ground next to his daughter, who was celebrating her fifth birthday. On the other side of the girl is Sheeran, who is casually resting his left hand on his leg.
"My baby girls 5th birthday part was lit! Even both godparents were in attendance finally lol" he captioned the shot, which also showed the English singer looking casual in a long-sleeve T-shirt, shorts and baseball cap.

Sheeran, 25, has been dating high school pal Cherry Seaborn, 24, since last year. The couple made their public debut in September of last year when they were spotted looking romantic during several outings in N.Y.C. Days later, the duo were spotted again in Las Vegas with Swift's then-boyfriend Calvin Harris.
The British-born Seaborn attended Duke's University's Fuqua School of Business and has played forward for the field hockey team, according to her profile on a Duke athletics page. Sheeran was spotted on Duke's campus last November.
The duo have generally kept a low profile during their relationship, although the world got a glimpse of them smooching thanks to Taylor Swift herself.
Over the July 4th weekend, Swift shared an Instagram shot of herself hugging childhood BFF Abigail Anderson below a banner that celebrated her engagement. Behind them, Sheeran and Seaborn were seen taking part in a passionate kiss below a banner that read "Happy 1st Ed-Iver-Cherry"

Sheeran's rep is not commenting.
One user pointed out that the ring spotted on Sheeran this week looks like the same one he wore during a trip to Japan.
