Economy Wholesale Grocers to host ‘Asian Night Market’

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Economy Wholesale Grocers will host the “first-ever” Asian Night Market from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, March 16 at 411 N. Zaragoza Road near North Loop.

The event will serve as a celebration of Asian culture with food, activities and entertainment for the community, according to the wholesale center.

“We’re delighted to host this special event to honor our community’s diversity. Economy Wholesale Grocers looks forward to expanding our product lines to meet the market needs. Soon, we’ll service the international market with our state-of-the-art meat-cutting facility and, as always, passing our unbeatable pricing to our region,” explained Economy Wholesale Grocers President Paul Dipp.

Additionally, the wholesale center says the event will feature a variety of food trucks with an assortment of cultural dishes, plus an imports car show, karaoke competition, arts and crafts and more.

Proceeds raised from the event will be provided to the Metroplex Asian Society for student scholarships said the wholesale center.
