Echoing Hills Village hires director of regulatory policy and compliance

WARSAW – Colton Zody has joined Echoing Hills Village as director of regulatory policy, compliance and environment of care.

He began his new duties April 1 and is responsible for analyzing, directing and strategically guiding all functions regarding regulatory policy and compliance for Echoing Hills Village. He will oversee the environment of care, safety management and risk management for the organization.

“I am looking forward to navigating complex regulatory issues,” said Zody. “This will enable our staff to put all of their focus on providing the best service possible for those we serve.”

He has more than 10 years experience having previously served as a chief compliance officer with Advocate RCM and as a senior manager of compliance monitoring and regulatory support/privacy with Lifepoint Health.

Echoing Hills is a 501c (3) non-profit organization based out of Warsaw. It provides residential, educational, recreational and adult service programs throughout the State of Ohio for individuals with disabilities.
