Twelve Restaurant served its last meal on Saturday evening, and with that Denver will miss one of its favorite farm to table restaurants. The closing is bittersweet: chef Jeff Osaka will soon open Osaka Ramen and he promises to resuscitate Twelve as week in the future. But now that this Ballpark restaurant has turned off its lights, where does one find the best seasonal offerings? From locally sourced and seasonal produce these 10 spots change menus regularly to reflect the best ingredients at the peak of the season.

Note: some of these restaurants are participating in Denver Restaurant Week until August 29 and will only offer that specific menu until then.
