Big names like Daniel Bolud and José Andrés. Expansions of beloved local restaurants like Chez Billy and Kapnos. Interesting local projects like Pop's Seabar and El Camino. It's shaping up to be an impressive fall for D.C. restaurants. And — gasp — could D.C. finally see the arrival of Maketto? Here are some of the standouts to get excited about.
