Easter Bunny coming to Gulf Shores this season

GULF SHORES, Ala. (WKRG) — The Easter Bunny is coming to Gulf Shores for a special breakfast appearance.

According to a Facebook post from the city of Gulf Shores, the event, called Breakfast with the Bunny, will be held on Saturday, March 23, at the Erie H. Meyer Civic Center.

Beginning at 8 a.m., event-goers can enjoy a breakfast of pancakes, sausage, eggs, and bacon. After breakfast, children can meet and take photos with the one-and-only Easter Bunny. In addition to the special appearance of the Easter Bunny, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo is going to bring some bunnies of their own.

Raffles will be drawn throughout the event and kids will have the chance to win prizes while in attendance, according to the post.

Admission to the breakfast event is $5 each, but children 3 and under get in free. Admission includes:

  • One trip through the breakfast buffet

  • One free photo with the Easter Bunny

  • A chance to win prizes
