Easter 2024: St. Vincent de Paul offering Easter Sunday meal for those in need

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — St. Vincent de Paul is serving an Easter Sunday sit-down meal for those in need.

The meal will run from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. March 31.

“As the only hot meal provider serving a meal every day of the year in our community, we are ready to continue our tradition of sharing compassion and hope with those in need by serving a traditional Easter meal,” said St. Vincent de Paul.

The Baton Rouge nonprofit said they served 310,000 meals in 2023.

Anyone 12 and under who comes to the dining room at St. Vincent de Paul will have the opportunity to get an Easter basket. Guests in need will also have access to various items including clothing and food.

St. Vincent de Paul is located at 220 St. Vincent de Paul Place.
